Supported shipping zones / countries: http://www.GemologyCosmetics.com.au site and http://www.GemologyCosmetics.co.nz site skincare purchases can be shipped to these countries : Australia and New Zealand

Australia, Free shipping options: Free shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD. Delivery is within 3 business days of receiving and processing the order, when your order can be dispatched via a Australia Post standard 2kg or 5kg parcel and delivery is within Australia.

Australia, Standard shipping cost: $15 shipping on all Australian orders under $100 AUD. Delivery is within 3 business days of receiving and processing the order, when your order can be dispatched via a Australia Post standard 2kg or 5kg parcel and delivery is within Australia.

New Zealand, Standard shipping cost: $40 shipping on all New Zealand orders. Delivery is within 4 business days of receiving and processing the order, when your order can be dispatched via a Australia Post international standard 2kg parcel and delivery is within New Zealand.

International Shipping import duties and taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gemology Cosmetics Australia & New Zealand, Shine Beauty Cosmetics Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping times: are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. 

How do I check the status of my order? All customer orders will be freighted with a unique Australia Post ID tracking codes. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@GemologyCosmetics.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes: Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We will advise you if we have any carrier issue with any P.O. Box address you may provide. We predominantly ship via Australia Post and Australia Post has the ability to freight to P.O. Boxes.
