Refund Policy
Please choose your beauty product carefully. Shine Beauty Cosmetics does not refund or swap products, when a customer has a purchase 'change of mind' or when a customer makes a wrong selection. Customers may receive either a refund, exchange, or credit where goods are proven to be faulty.
Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
